“Omaggio ad Alfonso Gatto”by Alice Pasquini in Salerno, Italy

Alice Pasquini is an Italian artist, coming from the capital. Hardworking artist, tireless, dynamic, constantly travelling around the world, active in small towns and in the big capitals. Alice involved with her fervent activity different artistic fields, not only the street art. Her line is a female: elegant, delicate, harmonious. Her subjects are almost always women, portraits, faces of young dreamers, sensitive, romantic, caught in their intimacy, but there is also space for the childhood and for travel tales.
In Salerno she decorated a quite big staircase honoring the poet Alfonso Gatto. Along the staircase are also mentioned very significant verses of the poet native of the seaside town. A pale pink revived by flashes of violet, often Alice Pasquini’s pastel colors are crossed by opposite and bright colors.
