Exit Enter in Florence, Italy

Last weekend Street Levels Gallery in Florence showed Paste-Up Value: Exit Enter solo exhibition. Florence is a particular spot for the street art, which tries to express itself in a context mostly dominated by the art from the past. Street Levels Gallery is an independent space that presents itself as creative hub for young artists and promotes the interaction between the streets and the crowd. Exit Enter is an eclectic artist who works with an essential and incisive aesthetic. Starting from the stylised figure of a flying man with red balloons, he has enriched it with symbolic details and direct messages. The depersonalisation of the character is an instrument to communicate feelings, questions and emotions to all the range of audience. Paste-Up Value wanted to show the poster art that consists of homemade or printed graphics on paper and attached to the walls. It’s through this technique that Exit Enter can get people understand the preparation of his paintings, which have been exposed at the end of the show in the streets of Florence.
